Individuals registered under the Benazir Income Support Program or the Ehsaas Program who have not received their rations can register their complaints by contacting the Chief Minister Punjab Complaint Cell helpline at 0800-02345. This helpline, established by PITB, facilitates registration and resolution of complaints related to the Negahban program. Rations will be provided within 24 hours of filing the complaint.

Unregistered Individuals:

Those not enrolled in the Benazir Income Support Program or the Ehsaas Program but facing financial instability can visit their nearest BISP tehsil office for registration. Upon meeting the eligibility criteria post-registration, they will be deemed eligible to receive ration bags. It’s essential to note that ration bags are exclusively provided to registered individuals in Punjab. Cash financial assistance is available under the Ramadan package in Sindh and KPK.
